With lyrics inspired by cyberpunk imagery and subculture, Italian band Dope Stars Inc. have beeen mixing industrial beats, acid synths and distorted sounds with a bratty rock'n'roll sound and attitude since 2003. Their inspiration came from the Finnish rock bands from whom they derive their original glam rock poise. Their music is influenced heavily by '80s rock and pop bands such as Mötley Crüe and Guns N' Roses.
