Secret Psychedelica celebrates the 22nd anniversary of the psytrance monthy's first night. Quick flashback to May of 2001, Secret Psychedelica, the first and only psytrance night in Silicon Valley was introduced to the masses and continued on a 6 year run before switching to one-off parties at various venues in San Francisco. In 2020, Secret Psychedelica switched to a weekly online streaming format featuring not only local psychedelic trance DJs but also highly respected producers from around the world. The following year, Secret Psychedelica found a new home at the DNA Lounge and has since been showcasing top notch artists from around the world every month. To help celebrate this special occasion, a trio of international producers, Amplify, MicroTech, and Acid Black, have been rounded up for a maximum psychedelic trance experience.

Amplify returns to the West Coast from his hometown of Bacalar in Mexico for the first time since his last performance at Secret Psychedelica in October of 2021. In that time, he has gone on to release chart topping tracks on Audio Unit Records, Kupuri Music, and Quantum Sorcery Records as well as his long-awaited full length album, Spiritual Alchemists on Maharetta Records. Prepared to be enchanted once again by the cutting edge sounds and mind blowing rhythms of Amplify!

Stealing the show at last year's Taurus party, German minimal techno producer turned psytrance beast, MicroTech, will circle back to deliver another set of blasters! His tunes can be tracked down on labels such as GreenTree Records, Iono Music, and Free-Spirit Records. For this year's party, MicroTech will be joined by fellow GreenTree Records artist, DJ Zach Tyler, for a never-before-seen double Taurus performance. Their combined vibratory output is sure to trample all negativity and replace it with strong, uplifting frequencies.

Acid Black is the psytrance alter ego of techno producer Alex Tolstey, also known as Alex Boshke. Acid Black has made regular appearances at the legendary Pisces parties and his addition to the Taurus lineup is sure to spice up the anniversary festivities. The Acid Black journey began with the techno and trance explosion in the early 90s which set in motion his prolific DJ career as well as the formation of Boshke Beats, one of the most respected psychedelic techno labels in the world. His sets combine the best new tunes with crowd pleasing classics to produce the finest selection of music that encapsulates the original spirit of Goa while pushing the current boundaries of electronic dance music.

Secret Psychedelica residents Synwrks and Michael Liu will initiate the running of the bulls in the psytrance room while the second room will be hosted by local drum & bass crew, Rhythmic Remedies. The all Taurus herd of junglists consists of hometown heroes Corrine, Olly, Obsydian, 626, and DJ Splenda. Get your party hats on and your dancing shoes ready, it's time to celebrate the 22nd anniversary of Secret Psychedelica!!
