Now on its 5th year, Secret Psychedelica's annual Aquarius party will not only be celebrating those born under the 11th sign of the zodiac, but also the beginning of the Year of the Dragon! The union of these two events will bring a shift in energies leading to increased confidence and creativity as well as good fortune to all. Good fortune comes to the Aquarius party with the addition of Spanish psytrance producer Hypatia to this year's all Aquarius lineup!

Making his US debut, Hypatia brings his powerful psytrance productions to San Francisco at the Aquarius year 5 party! Born and raised on the magical Island of Ibiza, there is no doubt that his local nightlife culture played a big role in the development of his career. His musical journey began when he started DJing at a very young age, playing tracks from his favorites including Cosmosis, Etnica, and Electric Universe. Then, a lucky encounter with Lunatica opened the floodgates to the production world and Hypatia began to write and release tracks on various labels including Own Spirit Records, Maharetta Records, and BMSS Records before signing with Digital Om. His sound has evolved over the course of 50+ releases achieving a perfected blend of heavy hitting basslines, melodies reminiscent of old school Goa trance, and all the groovy psychedelic goodness a lively dance floor could want. Let's all give Hypatia a warm Bay Area PsyFam welcome for his first time in our country!

Supporting Hypatia in the psytrance room will be local Aquarius brothers, Trickster and Synwrks. Trickster has been a long time Secret Psychedelica supporter and was part of the Pisces Music crew that brought psytrance back to venues like the Danzhaus and Kelly's Mission Rock in the late 2000s to early 2010s. During that time, he began to DJ and championed the funkedelic sound of psytrance. Trickster went on to form Fractal Factory, a psytrance crew that holds outdoor gatherings in the East Bay. Synwrks has been an integral part of Secret Psychedelica for the past two years. His initial involvement came as the visual artist for the Scorpio, Virgo, and Leo parties. That eventually lead to regular opening sets through 2023. Much like his optical artistry, Synwrks's DJ sets are fluid and creatively constructed to take dancers to the next level.

And helping fill Ganymede's cup to the top, AcidMindz will host the second room with the healing sounds of house music, the dynamic rhythms of breaks, and the uplifting vibes of trance from Aquarius DJs Angel, Jerry Chiu, Nixxi, Kid Clark, and Kikox.
