Springtime has arrived and the Horns of Aries are sounding off, signaling the arrival of a new season of Secret Psychedelica shows! Past Aries parties have put the spotlight on psytrance labels including Maharetta Records and Matsuri Digital with their respective founders performing extended sets. This year, the tradition continues as Secret Psychedelica hosts the 2nd Annual United Beats Records label party at Aries 2025!! Representing the label will be United Beats Records founder, Mad Maxx, and US label DJ, Michael Liu. And of course there will be a mob full of Aries DJs to energize the dance floor!

As always, it's an extreme honor to have Mad Maxx perform in San Francisco. Being one of the most sought after psytrance producers in the world, it's very fortunate he loves to make DNA Lounge one of his main stops when on tour in the US. Having started his psychedelic trance journey in the Bay Area over 20 years ago, he always finds time out of his busy schedule to make it back his former hometown. Upon every return, he always brings a new level of sonic mayhem for his fans in the 415. Maxx will showcase his label, United Beats Records, at Aries 2025 and blast new and unreleased tunes in a whirlwind of psychedelia.

This year's Aries DJ herd will be lead by Ulixx, a rising star in the Texas psytrance scene! Ulixx charged into the realm of electronic music in 2005, ignited by the pulsating energy of raves in Mexico. His transformative journey and devotion to psychedelic trance lead him to co-found Dimensional Mayan Tribe, a production crew with a mission to curate immersive psytrance experiences for fans of the genre in the Lone Star State. A recent addition to the Maharetta Records family, Ulixx has been representing the Spanish psytrance label's aggressive sound throughout North America with his innate ability to captivate audiences. The label has also scheduled a fall release for a joint project with Michael Liu that will explore the full-on to twilight frequencies of psytrance.

Newly minted Merkaba Music artist, Manynames, will once again open the psytrance room with a psy-tech set so be sure to arrive early for the traditional Aries starting ceremony. The second room brings the OG rams and the cossets together to achieve maximum groove along a path of tech-house, breaks, and psyberpop! Impirumcrypt and Lonehaven will get things warmed up as soon as doors open. Ramping things up during the peak hours will be Aries veterans Quasar and Salex followed by an eclectic psyberpop performance from Blakethechemist to close the night.
