Bootie is, like, totally ready to ride a wave of nostalgia -- it's Retro Night, all mashed up! It's time to pull out your awesome leg warmers, bell bottoms, black-and-white Vans, headbands, and big plastic jewelry, because this is going to be a rad retro party, done Bootie-style!

Above DNA hosts the popular, long-running event \"The Prince & Michael Experience,\" with DJ Dave Paul spinning the best of the King of Pop & the Purple One. Bootie residents A Plus D will own the Main Room with the mashups you love, but expect to hear your retro favorites in the mix! At 11 PM, live mashup rock band Smash-Up Derby takes to the stage for a bitchin' retro set, and contortionist Sylphie Currin will be giving a most excellent Midnight Mashup Show! And upstairs, DJ Tripp & Bueller give old songs a modern makeover with the Retro Remix Lounge.

Launched in 2003 in San Francisco by A Plus D -- aka DJs Adrian & Mysterious D -- Bootie was the first club night dedicated solely to the burgeoning artform of the bootleg mashup -- and is now the biggest mashup event in the world, with regular parties in several cities on four continents.
