Secret Psychedelica's 6th annual Libra party serves up a well balanced night of electrodelic dance music to start the fall season. From the beginning, the Libra gatherings have all had the perfect mix of great music with beautiful people and the tradition continues in 2024! Celebrate those born under the seventh sign of the zodiac with music from Barakuda and Lukasz, two veteran artists representing the southern and northern sounds of California's psytrance scene respectively.

Barakuda returns to the DNA Lounge to bring the PsyTribe vibe to San Francisco once again! Renown in all psytrance circles worldwide, he is most recognized as the founder of PsyTribe, California's longest running psytrance event production company. As a musician, Barakuda is an experienced DJ having got his start in 1995 and is also an accomplished producer as part of the Strange Cookies duo. Through almost three decades of DJing, Barakuda has developed an intimate understanding of the dance floor and this can be heard in the versatility of his sets. On the production side, his Strange Cookies tracks have charted multiple times and can be found on labels such as BMSS Records, PsynOpticz Records, and Pharmacy Music. Be prepared to soak up all the energy and psychedelic intensity when Southern California's true psytrance master takes the stage.

You may have heard Lukasz at many of San Francisco's underground hard trance and NRG parties in the early 2000s. Or you may have seen him hosting a float at the legendary Love Parade event in the city. It's possible you may have danced to one of his sets at iconic venues like Ruby Skye, 1015 Folsom, or the Endup through the 2010s. Those years made up the egg, larva, and pupa stages of Lukasz's musical evolution as an Audio Metamorphosis DJ. Lukasz will now emerge as a fully formed adult at Secret Psychedelica, bringing an unmatched passion for psytrance to the DNA Lounge! His signature sound, defined by rolling basslines, heartfelt melodies, and relentless energy, may just tip the party scale in your favor leaving you dancing without a care in the world.

And keeping everything equal and in balance, Wisdomize from Opulent Temple and Bay Area favorite Audionista will get things started with funky, intelligent mid tempo grooves ahead of the powerful psytrance blitz that will come later in the night. Tech Support Recordings hosts the second room this year with their Libra DJs bringing the eclectic sounds of house, breaks, and drum & bass to the fold. Past Libra guests Amber Leigh, D-Program, Infusion, and Stu plus Secret Psychedelica first timer, Pocket Drama, make up the Tech Support Recordings Libra 2024 lineup.
